  • Deposit & Booking

    • A £15 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in case of a no-show or late cancellation.

    Late Arrivals

    • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

    • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £10 late fee will apply.

    • If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. You will also be charged the full appointment price. Please do message if you are running late!

    No-Shows & Cancellations

    • No-show appointments will be charged in full.

    • Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the remaining balance

    • You may reschedule your appointment once up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

    Nail Preparation

    • Nails must be clean and free of any product—this includes polish, shellac, acrylic, or extensions.

    • I do not offer infills or removals on work done elsewhere.

    • If you would like a removal, please ensure the correct appointment is booked

  • Custom Orders

    • Unless a set was pre-made, all other orders are custom orders. Please get in touch to discuss the designs you would like.

    • I am happy to take design from anything you find inspiring - however, please do not send any AI generated images as inspiration

    Processing Time

    • Made-to-order: 10-14 working days

    • Pre-made: 1-2 working days

    Domestic Shipping (UK)

    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

    • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

    International Shipping

    • Ireland & Europe: 3-4 working days

    • USA & Canada: 5-7 working days

    • Worldwide: 5-7 working days

    International Shipping Disclaimer

    • Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the shipping costs. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges.

    • If delivery is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for:
      ✅ The original shipping cost
      ✅ Any applicable taxes and duties
      ✅ The cost of returning the package

    Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances. This policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new, unused products.

    • Please double-check your nail sizes before ordering. If you are unsure, check our sizing guide for help.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. I will assess the situation and offer a resolution at my discretion.

  • Mobile Service Fees

    • A £10 additional fee applies to all mobile appointments.

    • For locations beyond 5 miles, there is an extra charge of 65p per mile. Travel is capped at 20 miles from my location in Newbury, Berkshire

    • The £10 flat rate will be waived for clients with mobility issues or disabilities to ensure accessibility for all.

    Availability

    • Mobile appointments are only available on weekends after 3 PM due to limited availability.

    • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow for travel planning.

    Client Responsibilities

    To ensure a smooth and professional service, please make sure:
    ✅ There is a clear workspace for me to set up.
    Power outlets are available nearby.
    ✅ The workspace has good lighting so I can work effectively.
    Animals and small children are kept away from the workspace during the appointment.
    ✅ Please inform me in advance if there is nearby parking available.

    Failure to provide a suitable working environment may result in your appointment being cancelled without a refund
